Centre Director – Acute Healthcare
£50,000 – £55,000 + bonus

Compass Associates are representing a valued client in their search for a Centre Director to lead their multi-disciplinary team in Nottingham. Our client is seeking a leader with healthcare experience to lead and motivate the team of clinicians and non-clinical staff in their clinic.
Reporting directly to the Regional Director, you will take responsibility for operations, people and commercial management of the site. You will be responsible for the quality, compliance, governance and customer service, whilst overseeing the day to day management of the centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced healthcare manager to work for a leading organisation.
The Candidate
You will have a minimum 2 years’ experience at management level within a private/independent healthcare organisation. Experience of managing multidisciplinary teams and developing relationships is a necessity. It will be essential that you have experience of managing customer service.
-Experience as a practice manager, clinic manager or centre director.
-Budget management experience/ P&L.
-Commercial awareness.
-Experience working within a regulated sector (CQC etc)
Location
This role is based in Nottingham and is commutable from Derby, Leicester, Mansfield, Loughborough, Birmingham and Grantham.
