This role is an opportunity to join a well-established business and help drive their growth and expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and supporting your portfolio of practices to achieve financial and commercial targets, with the aim of increasing private patient referrals and profitability. You will work closely with the Managing Director to ensure that the clinic’s services are marketed effectively and that the quality of service is maintained at all times.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business management – experience in the dentistry is preferred. You will be an excellent communicator and demonstrate strong leadership and organisational skills. You will possess a strong business acumen and be able to think strategically and creatively. In return, we offer a competitive salary of circa £40,000pa – £50,000pa, depending on experience, and a hybrid working pattern.
