Are you an Advanced Nurse Practitioner searching for a new opportunity within an urgent care setting?
This well-established healthcare provider is searching for a knowledgeable and compassionate Advanced Nurse Practitioner to support their urgent care centre based near Slough. They are passionate about providing care to patients both within the local and wider community; dedicating themselves to ensuring the upmost care is consistent throughout the service.
As a successful Advanced Nurse Practitioner for this position, you will be managing acute presentations within the urgent care centre and work as part of a team giving you the opportunity to utilise and enrich your clinical knowledge. You should be able to confidently assess, diagnose and plan care for these patients whilst also initiating an appropriate care plan for both adults and children. You will be working with a multidisciplinary team within the centre to collaboratively provide the best outcomes for patients by facilitating safe and effective planning, prescribing and decision-making. As a successful candidate, previous urgent care experience is desired but not essential.

Requirements
- NMC Registered Nurse
- Completed MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice and V300 Non-Medical Prescribing
- Previous experience working within an urgent care setting desired but not essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for high quality care
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

This urgent care setting is located in Slough, commutable from Maidenhead, Beaconsfield, Harrow, Wembley, Weybridge, Richmond, Twickenham, Windsor, Hayes and Greenford.
