Tom Berrisford is part of the Care Home Northern Division with a focus on Management and Clinical positions specifically in the North West. Assignments ranging from Regional Operation leads through to Nursing Home Managers and Quality based personnel are underpinned with knowledge, area insight and up to date information on the current state of the elderly market. It is this fresh currency that ensures that the right fit is identified for our clients needs.

I have known Tom Berrisford for several years, and I have always found him to be very personable, professional and knowledgeable. I was successful in securing the position and this was definitely helped positively by Tom.
Over the last seventeen years, I have had contact with several recruitment agencies, and within those agencies, many different people. I would say that Tom has been the most helpful and professional person that I have ever come across in this particular setting.

Tom is one of the nicest people in the recruitment business – he is attentive, always hears correctly what you are saying, is honest and very responsive even when he can’t help he will say so (which is not very often).
