Pete has been employed by Compass Associates since 2014 and has vast experience of working within Senior Care.

Having progressed through the ranks from Consultant to Divisional Manager, Pete is now responsible for our US offering based from our US Headquarters in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Pete has experience of working closely with both clients and candidates, taking the time to really understand what both parties are looking for. He has an outstanding reputation based on delivery and the development of relationships.

Throughout his tenure, Pete has successfully delivered on numerous projects across all niche sectors within Senior Care, including North American investors operating in the UK, delivering Executive Director, Licensed Administrator, Regional Vice President and Divisional Vice President hires before transitioning to North America full time.
