Pete Griffiths joined Compass Associates in May 2014 and is part of the Elderly Care Division specialising in general and SMT positions within the Care Home space. Previously, Pete worked in Homebase as a Deputy Store Manager where he had risen through the ranks during his studies.
Pete works on a variety of positions from Operations Director through to Head of Quality or Home Management. Pete has an in depth knowledge of the sector, technical insight and a network spanning large corporates, not for profits, charities and private providers. He is well positioned to provide recruitment solutions to the Midlands and Wales with a particular focus on turnaround and high end, private providers.
