Grant Mélin AIRP
Grant Mélin joined Compass Associates in early 2017 and is part of the Elderly Care Division having joined the sector with a competitor in May 2015. The bulk of Grant’s work relates to Nurse and Deputy management appointments within the nursing home arena.
Grant covers the middle reaches of the UK with a particular focus on the Midlands, Northern England, Scotland and Wales. He is adept at working challenging assignments and provides a professional experience for both candidates and clients with a full understanding of the current sector challenges.
Prior to recruitment Grant had a successful track record in various B2B sales orgs and previously studied music technology of which he excelled in.
