David Dunn has been with Compass Associates since May 2013, having spent 8 successful years prior to this within Capita Insurance focusing on best-in-class customer service and revenue generation. His repeat successes resulted in David achieving the prestigious role of internal trainer.

David is an enthusiastic, key member of the Specialist Services Division and works within the Social Care team overseeing the Midlands and Southern counties.

David’s knowledge of the Adult Residential, Supported Living and Domiciliary Care markets and experience in managing tricky assignments, has led to David gaining a reliable reputation in terms of recruitment delivery. David’s friendly, transparent and partnership approach has led to many Clients and Candidates returning to David for future people solution services.
