Alex Aparo joined Compass Associates in May 2018 and is part of the Elderly Care Division with a personal responsibility for covering England & Wales.  The bulk of Alex’s work relates to Nurse and Deputy management appointments within the nursing home arena.

Alex is adept at working challenging assignments. He provides a professional experience for both candidates and clients with a full understanding of the sectors human capital challenges.

Prior to joining the world of recruitment Alex had many successful years within the finance sector as well as telephone sales.
