Promotions at Compass Associates!

Following on from our four Divisional Management promotions at the start of the year, Compass Associates are delighted to announce several consultant promotions.

Both have enjoyed a financially successful 2017-18 alongside training new staff members and supporting the development of other team members.

And congratulations to six of our Consultants who have been promoted to Senior Consultant. Ben Cotton, Richard York, Matt Sheppard and Tom Sims from our Care Home division, Andrew Starmer-Allen from Cosmetics & Aesthetics and Ani Abello from our Specialist Services division all celebrate this promotion.  All have shown significant growth as consultants within their sector, demonstrated strong commitment to their respective desks and a consistently high standard of delivery to both their clients and candidates alike.

“2017/18 was a record breaking year for Compass Associates.  We grew our headcount, sales were the highest in history and the stature of our client base was thoroughly  impressive across all divisions.  As a result of this it is with great pleasure we now announce a record amount of promotions with 8 consultants progressing their careers.  7 of these were home-grown which is testament to our investment in people with the right attributes as opposed to just hiring from within the sector.  The breadth of skills our consultants are displaying is obviously great for our brand but more importantly our clients who depend on us for critical hires within their respective organisations.

This year we are forecasting to grow yet again.  From a personal perspective I am comforted that when our clients partner with us that our staff base is well drilled, thorough, mature and ultimately talented.  The results speak for themselves from a delivery perspective.  Roll on 2018/19.”
