Remit                      

Compass Associates are working with a leading healthcare provider who are currently seeking 2 experienced clinician’s to work in their elderly nursing home based in Fulham. The successful candidate will be responsible for the medium sized nursing unit within the well performing home. The successful candidate will need to have previous experience of working in a nursing home environment, good knowledge of working within elderly frail nursing, and working as part of a multi disciplinary team and some leadership experience.             

                       

The Candidate                      

This role is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Nurse or Unit Manager seeking a new challenge with a quality focused provider. The candidate is required to have previous experience in the nursing home setting, strong clinical knowledge and a passion for elderly and dementia care.                      

                         

Requirements                        

Qualified Nurse (RGN/RMN)                      

Previous Nursing Home experience                      

Elderly/Dementia Nursing experience                      

Strong Clinical Skills                        

Genuine passion for elderly care                  

Leadership experience within a senior nurse capacity          

                 

Interview Process                

There is a 1 stage interview process –                

                  

Stage 1 – Interview with Home Manager and a walk round the home      

             

             

Location                      

This role is based in Fulham and is easily commutable from Hammersmith, Kensington, Belgravia, Westminster, Pimlico, Battersea, Shepherd’s Bush, Earlsfield, Clapham, Vauxhall and Chiswick.
