Senior Care Service Manager – RGN  
Complex Care at Home  
£32,000 – £36,000 p/a + 45p mileage allowance  
Compass Associates is excited to be working alongside a leading complex care provider of nurse-led support for clients in the community. The organisation is currently in search of a Senior Care Service Manager in the Hampshire area to support those with Complex Care needs at home.   
You will be managing a caseload of 10 clients with Complex Care needs including service users that have Acquired Brain Injury and Spinal Injuries. You will therefore be responsible for providing the highest standard of support.   
The position will involve commitment to providing person centred care in the home, designing packages of care that take into consideration their personal preference whilst also managing their condition.     
Shift Pattern  
The role is 37.5 hours per week predominantly Monday to Friday 9 – 5.30 with a degree of flexibility.   
The role will cover cases in various locations in the South of Hampshire such as Andover, Portsmouth, Southampton, Bournemouth, Chichester and more (you will not be required to cover all locations listed)   
-RGN qualified is essential.   
-Confident with key clinical competencies including Tracheostomy, ventilation and PEG feeds.  
– Previous experience with complex care either ITU or Community based.  
-Independent and self-motivated in order to work with minimal direct supervision   
-Passionate about complex care   
-Car owner with a full driving licence    
Interview process    
3 stages – 1st stage is an initial informal telephone call, 2nd stage is a formal face to face interview and the final stage is a Presentation.
