Sales Ledger Assistant
£18,000- £25,000 per annum
CCS | Compass Corporate Services are working with a highly reputable care provider that operates a national portfolio of care homes. The company are well established within the healthcare sector and undergoing a substantial period of growth. They are now looking to recruit a Sales Ledger Assistant.
The right candidate will have experience within a similar position in a busy, fast paced, multi-site organisation ideally within a health, social care environment.
Some duties and responsibilities:
- Raising and sending invoices using Sage
- Dealing with any queries
- Chasing unpaid invoices
- Producing invoices
- Banking and reconciliation
- Running off turnover statements
- Chasing up outstanding debts (not always the easiest part of the job)
- Sorting out any rebates and filing
