Service Manager – Children’s Residential Services
£35,000 to £40,000
Compass Associates are working closely with a provider of children’s residential and education services to find a Service Manager for their provision in North Nottinghamshire. The role requires managing a 3-bedded home for children with EBD, meaning prior experience as a Registered Manager and working with EBD will be preferable. The role will also offer a salary bonus as well as extensive training, guidance and support with qualifications.
Our client is seeking someone who has completed their Level 5 in Leadership and Management, as well as their Level 5 in Children and Young People. You will be expected to have at least one-year experience spent managing a children’s residential setting and have experience achieving ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ in Ofsted inspections. They are seeking someone who can bring something new to the company and can manage budgets confidently.

** Capable in achieving ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ in Ofsted inspections
** Confidence in managing budgets and ability to bring something unique to the company
This location for this role is commutable from Worksop, Sheffield, Doncaster, Nottingham, Chesterfield and Lincoln.
