Introduction                     
Compass Associates are proud to be working with a national and leading provider of Live in Care support services, with a remit to recruit for a Registered Manager to oversee their portfolio of Live in Care clients within Hayward’s Heath, West Sussex area.
                       
Overview              
This role certainly comes at an exciting time of growth for the organisation (via organic and acquisition), and our client are seeking a passionate and hands-on Registered Manager that will bring some much needed leadership and stability to this Live in Care office that does currently require a turn-around with CQC. My client are seeking an individual that will put the quality of support and complexity of the client’s needs at the forefront of the business, and someone that can deliver in the key areas of; improving the current quality, increasing output for the existing portfolio of Live in Care clients (within the private fee sector), team consolidation and someone that can tackle on the on-going recruitment issues within this particular market.          
                       
Summary                    
My client is seeking a proven leader that has a genuine passion for the quality of care and support provided to their Live in Care clients. The Registered Manager will work with real autonomy and be expected to treat this portfolio as if it were their own business. The Registered Manager must be a ‘visible’ leader to the staff force and have a proven background of developing a portfolio of Live in Care clients.          
           
Benefits                     
£35,000 – £38,000 p/a
Mileage (Claimable when required to travel)      
Working alongside a highly experienced and passionate Senior Management Team  
Working on an autonomous basis    
           
Interview Process                        
My client have implemented a two stage process for the recruitment of this position. Both interviews will conducted on a formal basis, which will initially begin with the Regional Director. The second stage will be followed with an interview held by the COO.
