£29,500 + £3,600 Car Allowance (£33,100 p/a total package)

Residential service for adults with Learning Disabilities.  
                   
Introduction                   
Compass Associates are proud to be working exclusively with a well know and highly respected provider of services ranging from Residential and Supported Living for adults with; Severe Challenging Behaviour, Learning/Physical Disabilities and Autism, with a remit to recruit for a new Registered Manager to oversee their fully compliant Residential service within the area of Lincoln.  
   
Overview                            
Our client are ion the latter stages of a big recruitment drive across various levels within the organisation, particularly within the Lincolnshire county, and our client are really looking to implement some much needed managerial quality, experience and true leadership within this Residential service. There are no CQC issues and the service is currently rated between ‘Good’. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced and driven Registered Manager, and you will be responsible for motivating the staff team to deliver the highest quality care to adults with high functioning Complex Needs ranging from; Severe Learning Disabilities and Physical Disabilities, Severe Challenging Behaviour and ASD (Therefore experience in this area is ESSENTIAL). As the Registered Manager, you must have the capabilities and confidence to provide an extremely high level of care to these adults with such complexities. You will be tasked with translating the group strategy into local operations and developing relationships with stakeholder’s and local authorities

Requirements                                      
Excellent knowledge of managing an adults Residential Service & Supported Living.          
Ability to support, manage and develop staff through different strategies                                
Excellent knowledge of CQC                                                  
Self-motivated, driven and passionate individual                                    
                             
Summary                                    
The Registered Manager will play a crucial role in the day-day running of this service. This Registered Manager will work alongside the Senior Management Team and have hold full accountability of the CQC Registration of their own provision, and for the leadership and performance of their own Service. As the Registered Manager, you will be required to focus on providing/maintaining the highest of quality standards in line with CQC.                  
                                   
Interview Process                                      
Due to the COVID-19, our client will respectively conclude the process across 2 stages, which will both be conducted via a video interview call with the Hiring Manager. There is NO presentation or testing involved.
