Job Description: Registered Manager – Learning Disabilities

Registered Manager – (MULTIPLE VACANCIES)
£29,500 + £3,600 Car Allowance (£33,100 p/a total package)                  
Fully Compliant Services    
Residential & Supported Living services for adults with Learning Disabilities.
MULTIPLE REGISTERED MANAGERS NEEDED !! Compass Associates are proud to be working exclusively with a well know and highly respected provider of services ranging from Residential and Supported Living for adults with; Severe Challenging Behaviour, Learning/Physical Disabilities and Autism, with a remit to recruit for multiple Registered Manager to oversee their fully compliant Residential & Supported Living services within the different areas of Lincoln.
This is a big recruitment drive for our client, and they are really looking implement some much needed quality, experience and true leadership across this area. There are no CQC issues and all services are rated between ‘Good’ to ‘Outstanding’ and these opportunities are ideal for experienced and driven Registered Managers. The Registered Managers will be responsible for motivating the staff team to deliver the highest quality care to adults with high functioning Complex Needs ranging from; Severe Learning Disabilities and Physical Disabilities, Severe Challenging Behaviour and ASD (Therefore experience in this area is ESSENTIAL). As the Registered Manager, you must have the capabilities and confidence to provide an extremely high level of care to these adults with such complexities. You will be tasked with translating the group strategy into local operations and developing relationships with stakeholder’s and local authorities                
£29,500 + £3,600 Car Allowance (£33,100 p/a total package)

Ability to support, manage and develop staff through different strategies

The Registered Manager will play a crucial role in the day-day running of these services. This Registered Manager will work alongside the Senior Management Team and have hold full accountability of the CQC Registration of their own provision, and for the leadership and performance of their own Service. As the Registered Manager, you will be required to focus on providing/maintaining the highest of quality standards in line with CQC.                
Interview Process                                    
Due to the COVID-19, our client will respectively conclude the process across 2 stages, which will both be conducted via a video interview call with the Hiring Manager. There is NO presentation or testing involved.
