Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care
£30,000 – £35,000
Compass Associates are working alongside a valued client who is currently looking to recruit an experienced Domiciliary Manager to oversee a medium sized and successful and ‘Outstanding’ rated Domiciliary Branch in Ferndown. We are looking for a highly skilled and strong manager with plenty of domiciliary care experience who can lead from the front and motivate the staff to provide the best quality of care for their clients.
The ideal candidate will have a background of working within domiciliary care or from a social care environment. A positive, forward thinking and very approachable personality is essential. Experience working with local authorities and local commissioning groups will be essential for this role. Candidates looking to apply for this role will need to be values lead in their approach to care as well as having a good business head on them to ensure the smooth running of the branch.
- NVQ Level 4 / 5 in Health & Social Care or the equivalent qualification
- Excellent knowledge of CQC standards
- Strong background working within Management within a domiciliary care environment.
- Full UK Driver’s licence and own a car
The branch is located on the outskirts of Bournemouth and is commutable via car from Bournemouth, Southampton, Salisbury, Dorchester, Winchester and surrounding areas.
My client is looking to pay between £30,000 – £35,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
