Job Description: Registered Home Manager – Elderly & Dementia

Registered Home Manager (Elderly & Dementia)  
Salary: £70,000 p/a + Bonus & Excellent Benefits  
Location; Andover, Hampshire.  
Compass Associates are working in partnership with a fantastic care provider to appoint an experienced Home Manager / General Manager for a medium sized nursing home based within the Andover area. This purpose built Home has historically received an overall good CQC rating and has maintained a fantastic reputation within the local area.    
We are looking for an outstanding candidate who can facilitate a steady growth throughout the home, developing people & services whilst maintaining a focus on quality of care.  
The Candidate
My client is seeking an experienced manager with excellent people management skills, experience with increasing occupancy and driving quality / compliance standards. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of managing a similar sized nursing home.  
– Nurse Qualified with active Pin (Desired but not essential)  
– Minimum 2 years experience of managing a similar sized Home (60 beds +)  
– Strong people management and leadership skills  
– Thorough knowledge of CQC Regulations & Guidelines  
– Experience of dealing with large budgets  
– Good communication skills at all levels
