£18,000 – £22,000 per annum
15% – 25% Commission (uncapped) + Extensive Benefits (listed below)

Our general healthcare division is an established team within Compass Associates servicing private hospitals, clinics and other specialist services within the primary, secondary and community care market. Our current team has been running for over 5 years with multiple relationships built up over this time, you will be joining a large team that has experienced excellent year on year growth and already enjoys a strong reputation in the market. As one of Compass Associates most diverse markets you will ideally be adept at learning new things, be adaptable to work across multiple areas of a market and have the drive and enthusiasm to become an expert in your region.
Due to the continued success and growth of several major accounts within the division we currently have a vacancy for an ambitious consultant. This role will require an enthusiastic, highly driven professional seeking an opportunity to continue the growth of one of the company’s more lucrative desks. With established clients already in place there is a fantastic opportunity to develop new and existing relationships.
Whilst previous experience as a recruitment consultant is not essential we are looking for a highly motivated individual seeking a career with growth.
- We are looking for enthusiastic sales person who has a proven track record in achieving and exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication skills, coupled with exceptional customer service is essential.
- Experience in healthcare recruitment is highly desirable, but not essential.
- Applicants will be organised, target driven, tenacious and motivated by substantial earning potential.
Most importantly we are seeking a candidate with a positive attitude, a desire to overachieve and the drive to earn more than just a basic salary as the market leader in our sector you will have all the tools to succeed in this role.
