The Role
This is a brand new position and an integral role for the company and you’ll play a key central role within the Team.
 
In this busy and varied role, you will hold responsibility across 3 key functions:
 
Reception: Acting as the main point of contact for all enquiries into the business, providing the highest levels of customer service, both face to face and via an excellent telephone manner.
 
Administration: Providing Administration support to the team, general HR system requests and completing audit checks. In addition you will help with coordinating diaries, travel, hotels and meetings.
 
Office Assistant: Office management responsibilities, coordinating maintenance checks and office works, General housekeeping, keeping kitchen areas clean/tidy, responsibility for dishwashers, checking and replenishing ‘household’ stock e.g. tea/coffee, air fresheners etc.          
                      
Requirements        
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multi-task  
  • Confident and personal communicator, with the highest focus on Customer Service.
  • Positive attitude and outlook
  • Adaptability     
  • Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel           
  • Ability to show initiative
