Compass Associates are working with a private care provider who owns a portfolio of nursing and residential care home services across the UK. The provider has a number of promising opportunities for people wanting to progress their careers. This is a Quality Manager role to cover care home services across their North West remit. Within the role you will be expected to:
- Support Home Managers and staff to ensure they provide high quality care
- Ensure homes are compliant with CQC and they’re prepared for any upcoming inspections.
- Conduct weekly reports to the Regional Directors regarding service quality
- Conduct weekly audits and create and implement development points to further improve the home
- Developing positive relationships with commissioners and external professionals and the delivery of clinical quality training across the Area.
This role is an exciting opportunity for a current Quality Manager that is looking to develop their careers within the care homes sector. The candidate is required to have previous exposure to CQC inspections in a care home, as well as have the skill set to run a full audit on a care home and support the Home Managers to implement any actions that need to be delivered
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in Quality Management and will have a full understanding of the tasks that come with the role. My client is looking for someone who has an eye for detail and can work well with various staff teams across the remit.
For this role, we cannot accept candidates from a domiciliary, supported living, extra care or housing background.
This role is to cover homes across Merseyside and Cheshire. This role is commutable from Liverpool, Southport, Warrington, The Wirral, St Helens and parts of Cheshire .

My client is seeking a Regional Manager with exposure to Quality Management within elderly care home services. In exchange, my client is offering a salary of up to £55,000 per annum + benefits.
