£40,000p/a, plus bonus and benefits
Compass Associates are working with a valued client who is currently looking to recruit a Home Manager for their medium sized Dementia Care Home based in Huddersfield which provides elderly residential and dementia care.
The successful candidate will have proven experience managing nursing or residential homes and be able to lead and inspire a team.
This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Home Manager seeking a new challenge and a chance to build their own team. The candidate is required to have previous home management experience, wither in a residential or nursing home, strong CQC knowledge and good leadership skills, as well as a passion for Dementia Care.
Proven Home management experience
Have Management qualification (NVQ Level 4 or equivalent)
Understanding of the compliance guidelines
Genuine passion in elderly care
This role is based just outside of Huddersfield and is commutable from Leeds, Burnley, Bradford and Wakefield.
