Domiciliary / Homecare Manager | Exciting London Start up  
Salary: Cc£70,000k, Pension, Bonus, Holiday
Location: South Kensington – Central London

Compass Associates are proud to be working exclusively with a brand new start up Domiciliary Care/homecare business is currently sourcing a motivated and quality driven individual, as our Domiciliary / Homecare Manager you will help grow a successful care service.
 
This is an excellent opportunity for a forward-thinking and commercially minded person seeking a new and exciting leadership role within the Domiciliary care sector. Joining us on a full time, permanent basis you will be based in South Kensington serving the communities of all North, East, South, West and Central London.
 
The Candidate
The successful candidate must have worked at a management level within the healthcare industry with sound knowledge and a proven track record in increasing operations. Experience in large scale portfolio management is required for this position, preferably within Domiciliary care but candidates will be considered from outside this specific industry.
The successful candidate will also preferably have experience within development, new service openings and acquisitions within healthcare.

Responsibilities  
– Ensure that CQC and Company rules and regulations are maintained
– Manage the appraisal, development and supervision of all care staff
– Ensure that the office runs an effective and efficient service
– Establish new care packages in line with a growing business
– Ensure smooth operations in respect of recruitment and training
– This position will offer the right candidate the opportunity to deliver continued growth of a client-focused care business of the highest quality
– You will play a significant and valued role working alongside the Managing Director to further grow and develop the business.
 
Location
This role will be based in South Kensington (Central London) so will need to be able to travel in and out of London. Travel expenses / Season tickets could be included with the offer package.
 
Interview Process
The interview process will be in a 2 stage format.
 
Stage one: Formal meeting with the COO and MD
Stage Two: Formal Interview with Chairman and Presentation
 
Summary
Compass Associates is working with a Premium London Care Home business looking to open their first Domiciliary / Homecare business in Central London. They are currently looking for an experienced manager to come on board and set up, scale and operated this world class domiciliary care business, oversee and manage the operational performance of their company. Offering a salary of circa £70,000 plus bonus.
