Compass Associates are working with a valued client who is currently looking to recruit a Deputy Manager for their residential care home in the Birmingham area.
We are seeking a Deputy Manager with great team ethics to join a friendly service and support the Home Manager in the running of this small sized residential home, with the flexibility to work in a demanding environment with a passion for elderly frail and elderly dementia care.
The Candidate – Deputy Manager – Elderly Residential
Ideally the candidate will have worked in a similar role before and have had previous experience leading a team and working with the elderly and dementia in a care home setting. You will need to be friendly, caring and very approachable but most importantly have a passion for high quality care.
Requirements – Deputy Manager – Elderly Residential
– NVQ level 3 in care or other relevant qualifications
– Leadership experience
– Experience working in a similar position within the care sector
– Flexibility to work weekends and on call.
– Supernumerary experience
This role is based around the Birmingham area and is commutable from Redditch, Dudley, Solihull, Walsall, Wolverhampton and Kidderminster.
My client is seeking an experienced Deputy Manager with exposure to elderly care home management. Where the successful candidate is able to lead and inspire a team. In exchange my client is offering a salary of circa £20,000 pa plus excellent benefits.
