£45,000 – £48,000 + Private Medical Insurance, Pension, Season Ticket Loan, CQC Bonus
We are extremely proud to be closely working with a small elderly dementia Nursing Home, located in Central London. As the Deputy Manager of the home you’ll support the delivery of the quality care that this care provider is known for.
Working closely with the Management Team and taking on leadership duties in their absence, you can expect to help with everything from care standards to motivating your team. You’ll inspire a multi-disciplinary team to make sure they help every resident to enjoy the best possible quality of life. That means leading by example and monitoring standards through regular audits, supervised clinical practice and checking our regulatory compliance.
We are looking for a dynamic and professional individual, with a positive and flexible outlook to be a part of a forward thinking and innovative organisation. The ideal candidate will have extensive clinical experience, preferably within an elderly or Dementia home or ward. The ideal candidate will also have previous experience of being a Senior Staff Nurse, promoting high standards of patient care.
You must be a Registered General Nurse with a clear NMC Pin number and DBS to be considered for this opportunity. This is a full-time position consisting of 40 hours. This role will require a level of flexibility as you will be working from Monday – Friday with an even split between clinical shifts and supernumerary. Once settled into the role it will involve more supernumerary hours and less clinical.

– Registered General Nurse (RGN) Qualification
– NMC Registration
– Previous experience in a dementia setting, ideally within high dependency and/ or elderly
– Previous experience within a Senior Staff Nurse position
– Positive and flexible outlook
– Excellent communication skills
– Mentorship qualification (desired)
– Strong interest for clinical excellence and quality outcomes
– Strong leadership and management skills
This opportunity is based in Central London, and is easily accessible from surrounding areas and Home Counties, the nearest Tube stations being Pimlico, Victoria, St James’ Park, Oval and Sloane Square.
Salary and Package
There is a highly generous salary of up to £45,000 – £48,000k on offer for this position. My client are also offering many benefits such as, Private Medical Insurance, Pension, Season Ticket Loan, and the opportunity to develop professionally with training and qualifications.
