Children’s Registered Manager – Brand New Service
£35,000 – £40,000
Our client, a nationwide provider of Education and Residential care for children with a range of conditions including Behavioural, Emotional and Social Difficulties, ASD and LD are currently looking to recruit an experienced Registered Manager to join their team in Dewsbury to open up and manage a brand new 4 bedded Children’s Home.
This service is commutable from the following areas: Wakefield, Bradford, Halifax, Huddersfield and Leeds.
The ideal candidate will have worked closely within children’s services in a residential setting specialising in either Behavioural, emotional and social difficulties, Autism, Challenging Behaviour or Learning Disabilities. A positive, driven and very approachable personality is needed and most importantly, someone who has a real passion for quality care.
** NVQ Level 5 or RMA Qualified
** Must have current residential home management experience
** Excellent knowledge of OFSTED
** Strong background of working within children’s services
** Turnaround experience would be desirable
The salary is negotiable but will be in the region of £35,000 – £40,000 dependent on experience.
