Leeds – West Yorkshire
Full time – 37.5 hours           
£34,000 – £37,000 – Negotiable + Benefits

We are currently recruiting for a Charge Nurse / Ward Sister to lead the ward team and deputise for the ward manager within a modern private hospitals in Leeds. The opportunity to work in such a friendly and supportive team is an exciting chance for a RGN qualified practitioner to positively move forward in their management career.                
The Candidate              
The Ideal candidate should be smart, polite and flexible and positive in their way of working. They will also be self-motivated, positive thinking and proven to be able to provide extremely high standards of patient care, as well as manage and motivate a multidisciplinary team of RGN’s and HCA’s. Previous Experience would be an advantage, however ongoing training and support is received for any successful applicants. This is an extremely appealing opportunity for a Nurse to join a supporting and friendly team.                
Knowledge/ Skills/ Qualifications      
– Strong Clinical background – RGN    
– Experience in Private or NHS Healthcare Management      
– Proven management and leadership capabilities      
– Experience in operational and efficiency Management      
– Confident Communicator      
– Interest and ambassador in Company values      
– Ability to Manage and influence a team      
Knowledge/ Skills/ Qualifications              
– A wide range of nursing skills and knowledge, including care of patients pre and post operatively, following a wide range of surgical procedures.
– Excellent communication skills and an enthusiastic, forward thinking approach.
– As much confidence working independently, as you do as part of a team.
– Excellent leadership and ward management skills – including a commitment to role modelling good practice and developing staff members.  
– Proven management and leadership capabilities

– Experience of applying clinical reasoning skills across a range and varied patient case mix and competent across a range of skills
